What type of wax do you use?
All our Candles are created with premium Soy Wax, free from paraffin and toxic additives.
What type of wicks do you use?
100% Cotton wicks, lead free.
How long does "Pour to Order" take to make?
To ensure quality control and to help reduce wastage all candles require a minimum of 3-7 days to be poured and cured. Please note this time does not including shipping.
How do I store my Sculptural Candles?
Sculptural Candles should be kept in a cool dry place away from direct sunlightas discoloration may occur. This does not effect the quality of the candle, just the aesthetic. Candle Care instructions can be found here.
Can I burn my Sculptural Candles outdoors?
Sculptural Candles are made to be burned indoors on a heat proof, level surface away from windows. Outdoor factors like heat and wind will effect the candles burn time and may become a hazard.
How do Sculptural Candles burn?
Unlike jar candles, Sculptural Candles are not housed. This means depending on the design, some candles will drip creating a dramatic, yet beautiful wax drip effect. Place Candles on a heat proof, leveled surface to catch the wax. Most Pillar Candles will burn whilst remaining intact, however will eventually drip. Sculptural Candles should not be burned down the bottom, leave a 5mm-10mm outer shell.
Why is there a difference in the colour with my Candles?
Our candles are created using Natural Soy Wax. As this is a natural product and sourced from soybeans, each batch created by the manufacturer may be slightly different in colour. This is the beauty in using natural products.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Our Sculptural Candles are Poured to Order and require a minimum of 3-7 days to be created.
Do you Ship Australia Wide?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over $80
Standard Shipping within Australia $9.95 (3-7 Business Days)
Express Shipping $16.95 (1-2 Business Days)
Do you Ship Internationally?
We only currently offer Standard Shipping to the following Countries:

*Prices are flat rate. Please allow 6-27 business days. Signature upon arrival is mandatory, to ensure your candles have been received safely. All taxes and duties are to be paid by receiver if any apply.
My Candles were received damaged, what do I do?
We take extra care when wrapping and bubble wrapping each order to ensure a safe transit, however stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling. Damages must be reported to Sculptedwax within 1 day of receiving merchandise. Damages will need to be evaluated by the courier company and therefore claims made after this period will not be accepted. This time frame is enforced by the courier company and no exceptions can be made. Please email hello@sculptedwax.com for any lost or damaged goods.

What is your Return Policy?
Please note our candles are hand-poured individually and will vary in appearance & colour, not every piece will be identical and each piece will have its own unique characteristics.
We have a 5-day return policy. Postage must be paid by the customer. The candle(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and packed in its original packaging unopened.
Do your offer Exchanges?
As each candle is Made to Order we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind.
